EduHub AI operates as a legitimate, transparent Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) educational platform. We adhere strictly to Visa Core Rules (Section 5.3), Mastercard Chargeback Prevention Standards (Section 5.11), and applicable global consumer protection frameworks. All fees, billing intervals, renewal mechanisms, and cancellation tools are explicitly stated with zero hidden surprises.
1. Agreement and Parties
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and EduHub AI ("EduHub", "we", "us", "our"), operated by KIFOYATECH LLC (Registration / Tax ID: 312206850, Tashkent, Uzbekistan), regarding your access to and use of our web application, autonomous academic tools, API endpoints, and educational software services.
By creating an account, selecting a plan, clicking any purchase button, or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit legal parental consent) and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2. Nature of Educational Service
EduHub AI is a cloud-hosted pedagogical learning suite designed to assist students, tutors, and institutions. Features include autonomous Socratic inquiry tutoring, homework review scaffolding, lecture audio/PDF summarization, IELTS/TOEFL writing rubrics, and curriculum planning tools powered by advanced AI models (including Google Gemini 2.5 Flash).
Academic Integrity Mission: Our platform is designed to promote genuine cognitive mastery, conceptual comprehension, and critical thinking. EduHub AI tools are intended solely for lawful, supplementary study purposes and must not be utilized for academic dishonesty or unpermitted exam assistance.
3. Subscription Tiers, Billing Transparency & Authorization
We believe in complete pricing transparency. EduHub AI offers both recurring monthly SaaS subscriptions and fixed one-time prepaid utility passes:

Explicit Recurring Payment Authorization: By selecting any recurring monthly subscription plan ($9/mo, $19/mo, $39/mo, or $79/mo) and completing checkout, you expressly authorize EduHub AI (and our certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor) to store your payment credential and charge the designated monthly subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Notice of Upcoming Renewal: An itemized digital invoice and transaction receipt is transmitted to your registered email address upon every successful transaction.
4. 1-Click Self-Service Cancellation (Zero Lock-In)
You maintain unconditional control over your subscription. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with zero penalty, zero exit fees, and zero waiting periods:
- Self-Service Portal: Click the "Manage Subscription" link located in any invoice or receipt email to cancel in 1 click.
- In-App Support: Request cancellation via our autonomous self-service support module at /support.
- Direct Support Email: Send an email with your account email to mahallamade.uz@gmail.com. Cancellations submitted via email are processed within 24 business hours.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain fully active with all premium features accessible until the end of your currently paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of EduHub AI. All initial subscription orders and one-time passes are covered by our 14-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a prompt refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment pursuant to our Refund Policy.
6. Digital Goods Immediate Performance Waiver
Pursuant to international electronic commerce standards and statutory consumer regulations (including Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium):
By completing a transaction and accessing EduHub AI, you expressly request and acknowledge that the provision of digital services (including immediate computational AI model allocations, token credits, and real-time generation capabilities) commences immediately upon purchase.
7. Mandatory Pre-Dispute Resolution & Anti-Chargeback Agreement
Good-Faith Merchant Resolution First: In the event of any billing discrepancy, duplicate charge, or dissatisfaction, you agree to contact EduHub AI directly at mahallamade.uz@gmail.com or via /support prior to filing a dispute or chargeback with your card-issuing bank.
Because EduHub AI provides guaranteed refunds within 24–48 hours for valid requests under our 14-day policy, an official merchant refund provides significantly faster resolution than a formal bank chargeback (which can freeze customer funds for 60 to 90 days during bank arbitration).
Friendly Fraud Prohibition: Filing a fraudulent chargeback (such as claiming "unrecognized transaction" or "service not rendered" after full utilization of AI compute tokens and generation services) is a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, EduHub AI reserves the right to provide complete audit logs (including timestamped IP addresses, browser device footprints, transaction hashes, and generated outputs) to the acquiring bank, card network fraud desks, and relevant risk bureaus.
8. Payment Security & Data Protection
EduHub AI does not store or process raw credit/debit card numbers or bank account credentials on its servers. All transactions are handled directly through certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing partners utilizing 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption. Your financial data is protected under the strictest bank-grade security protocols.
9. Acceptable Use & Strict Safety Guardrails
You agree to utilize EduHub AI in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination of service without refund:
- Submitting sexually explicit, adult, illegal, or abusive content (monitored and blocked by our automated 18+ safety filter).
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to overload our backend API infrastructure.
- Circumventing rate-limiters, sharing individual seats across unauthorized organizations, or deploying automated bots.
